Overview

I Can Draw... ("the App") is a drawing game. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how your data is handled.

Data We Collect

Drawing Data

When you use the "Draw with Friends" feature, your drawings and display name are stored in Apple's CloudKit service to enable sharing with friends. This data is:

• Stored in Apple's iCloud infrastructure
• Only accessible to you and the specific friend you share with via a unique link
• Not sold, shared with, or accessible to any third parties

Display Name

On first launch, you choose a display name. This is stored locally on your device and attached to drawings you share with friends. You can choose any name — it does not need to be your real name.

Game Progress

Your scores, stars, streaks, and shape completion data are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted anywhere.

Game Center

If you participate in the Daily Challenge, your score is submitted to Apple's Game Center leaderboard. This is governed by Apple's Game Center privacy terms.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect personal information (email, phone number, location)
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not access your contacts, photos, or camera

iCloud

The App uses Apple's CloudKit for the Draw with Friends feature. Data stored in CloudKit is governed by Apple's iCloud terms and privacy policy. You can manage your iCloud data through your device's Settings.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content.

Data Deletion

• Local data (scores, drawings, progress) can be deleted by uninstalling the App
• CloudKit data (shared drawings) can be deleted through your iCloud account settings
• To request deletion of all data associated with your account, contact us at the email below

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
